In the northern part of India, the cities of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur are located a relatively short distance of 125 to 155 miles (200 to 250 km) from one another. Draw straight lines between them and you create the Golden Triangle - a compact representation of India distilled into a single accessible route.
The best time to explore the Golden Triangle is during the winter months, which range from October to February, with typical temperatures between 22-32°C. December and January can be quite cold, affecting not just Delhi but also Jaipur. Although the Thar desert heats up quickly, it also cools down to frigid temperatures.
